Such a wholesome moment. Since Craig and Jay are no longer in the band, I will keep coming back to this video every week, just to relive these memories as a true maggot.
If you listen a level deeper to Slipknot you really pick up on Craigs contribution to the band. Some of my favourite moments are the keys in the opening to Duality and the keys in Nameless. The first album in particular would be nothing without Craig, he added so many layers sonically to their sound.
Yeah, it’s cool how he and Sid managed to take an already-noisy sound and make it even noisier. Really wish more bands did that, to be honest. Having those kinds of weird little noises and effects can really mess with your head in the best way possible.
