What's that exact knife called? I've been searching for one like that for 15 minutes on Amazon and online and I can't find anything like that slim blade. I want one!
@@unreal2005 I don't think that's an X-acto knife. His has a thinner blade than any other X-acto knife's I've seen. Plus is that the name of the holder or the actual cutting edge?
One more question: If I follow along exactly how you've done, by the time I'm done handling that double sided tape like that, most of the stickiness is going to have been ruined by me touching it so much. The tape will pull off dead skin cells and oils from my skin, and not be nearly as sticky once it's been touched. Maybe wear surgical gloves?
how do you prep the car ? How do you get exactly where it goes ? what about freash paint ? how long do you want ? prep? ect. This is far from "STEP BY STEP" more of an ad for the tape. My badges already have the tape on them so this vid was useless to me. Sorry I am not usually a debbie downer
Did you find a solution? I also have ready badges with tapes on them, but how can I figure the exact measurements of the factory? I need to get badge/stick them back with exact location /measurements of the factory. They are 2 Impala badges in the back c pillars right and left
This is the best tutorial I've seen so far. The use of a needle to mark where you need to make the cut is brilliant.
The needle trick on one side is great, Though how does this in the end stop scum bags from using screw drivers etc from ripping badges off?
Exactly what I was looking for and an Amazon link. Perfect. Thanks bro!
Thanks for making this video, it helped me stick the badge back on my Jaguar F-Type. Greetings from London!
Did it stay on over time. I did this then painted mine black. Just hoping they stick back on when they dry
@@Friday12321 yes sir, it's been nearly 2 years and emblems still going strong.
@@firasco they’ve been on a few weeks now and still on. It really helped thanks for the confirmation
@@firasco does it stick instantly? Or you gotta give it a couple minutes to bond solid?
@@mugz90 depends on the glue you use. But usually instantly. For good measure, press it down for 30 seconds.

Prep is easy use alcohol to prep removes waxes. Use blue masking tape to set level and placement.
