@@FranckChanda I would not recommend that. They need to register for eFiling themselves, go to SARS and apply for a Tax Clearance Certificate or they can ask a tax practitioner. You can assist them with setting up their eFiling profile though.

SARS has removed the option to print the certificate. We now will be using the PIN to verify tax compliance.

You can create your own eFiling profile for the registered business - it might take a while for the tax types to get activated though.

Log into SARS eFiling, go to Tax Status, Tax Compliance Status Verification, New Verification Request.

A CIPC registration normally registers the company automatically for income tax.

You can only get a tax clearance certificate for yourself - you'll need access to the eFiling profile of someone else to request it on their behalf.
