Grat video! I often mix my grains, but boil separate, as the hydration times are often different. Popcorn, oats, milo.

Yes that's something to keep in mind when mixing grains or when using premixed grains like with WBS.

After great success with one of your All In One bags when growing next to a competitor’s mix (got more in bulk on the way!), I decided to experiment and try the millet all-in-one bags that a local place was selling. They had nothing else in stock at the time, so I figured I’d give it a go. Yep, it’s been going very slowly 😅

Unfortunately that tends to be the case! Millet is widely available, and affordable nationwide, that's one of the reasons you'll see it used in the less than great kits :)

Popcorn actually has a few percent more Carbohydrates than field corn. Google is our friend.

A few percent is going to be something that's different from one batch to the next, as well as a factor involving conditions and the field grown in, and obviously the genetics being used. I know from using water from the cooks the agar made with popcorn vs feed corn the feed corn agar always grew notably faster than the popcorn water, also the feed corn is more sweet when checking if it's done vs popcorn. I'm sure when they're making high fructose corn syrup they're using popcorn though for those couple extra percentage points of carbs!
A quick google 'field corn carbohydrates' brings up a result stating a half cup of field corn has 15g carbohydrates, 'sweet corn carbohydrate' brings up a full cup is 29g carbohydrates.

@@BoomingAcres Whatever. Not the results I found but as with most things, your mileage may vary. The carbs are very close.
