Hey. This arch isn’t resting against the wall it is freestanding with water weights at the base of each end. Perfect for indoor installations 🎈🎈

You can make them at any size. All depends on your preference. Mine were blown up to 10” 😀

Thank you for the message :). I have been doing balloons for a long time so it doesn’t take me to long. But I would say from blowing them up with a pump, assembling it would take around an hour 🎈🎈
