I went to college with Alexandra back in 1991 at FIT, she dated my roommate Eric.
No owner of the house in Amityville has complained of paranormal phenomena since Lutz vacated. Going from horror house to zip is very telling, it was a good story, one that was milked for every penny.
I love the show holzier files. He deserves more acknowledgment then he gets.
That’s cool that he went to talk to Butch DeFeo as part of his investigation. I know DeFeo said he was drunk & under the influence of drugs (heroin & lsd iirc) when he committed the murders so I wonder if he bought into the supernatural occurrences or if he thought the new owners were trying to capitalize on the awful things he’d done.
Butch DeFeo's claims and story has changed many times over the years. Butch himself claimed the whole possession/demonic voices as a reason to why it happened.
The kids, who are now middle age, put Lutz on blast....but how defeo shot all the ppl, and nobody woke up, nobody ran????? That's a mystery to me🤨
