Misutgaru is a multigrain powder i hear you can also mix it with water but ive only ever used milk. I usually drank/ate it together or as a quick replacement for breakfast i guess you can think of it as a korean granola bar in that sense? Lol. I use honey or sugar for the sweetener since its not sweet at all & shake it like a protein shake or i would add a spoon to my cereal and add sliced bananas. The powder in the cereal makes the milk a bit thicker depending on how much powder u add & the sugar in the cereal makes it unnecessary to add extra sugar. Although I guess I should mention this is only true if ur buying the straight up plain misutgaru powder & not those individual serving size sticks similar to the instant coffee sticks. Those have added sugar. Personally I prefer the plain powder + sweetener option over the stick version. Happy to hear ur planning to check out the palette ep with yoon inna sometime in the future!
