Dude this guy is a master at this building stuff!! Warehouse looks so badass!! His detail to stuff is incredible with everyone getting their own boxes and such!! And he’s just getting started!!

It's crazy how this guy made Warehouse look just in like few days. Insane the way he figured out how to use that massive space.
The only reason why the Grove Street house was so scuffed and walls kept vanishing was because the boys kept going into the editor and moved stuff around a lot. Wasn't Arrowhead's fault lol

So much about "Make It SIMPLE"
I think what K wanted to avoid was clutter. Like small items, cups, plants, decoration type shit (probably to avoid bad fps). What we are seeing are mostly walls and massive props.

I love this design but I have a very nitpicky comment. Its not a big deal, its just a little thing I think that would've been even better.
It would've been better imo if they had the torture room/jail/offices in the front and the storages/washing machines/server in the back. That way you could even bring kidnapped people to interrogate them in the front, with them not being aware there's a whole operation in the back. But I guess you could also RP blindfolding them. Just /me puts a blindfold over eyes, so the warehouse doesn't get burnt.

I know Ramee and K pay for all there clothes and everything. I believe Ramee paid real money for the gallery in 3.0. They probably paid him real money for this.
They pay ingame only, its a job in the city kind of, but designing the entire gallery could have been a different thing idk.
This for sure just ingame money like 50k maybe, it was 20-40k for the houses at the start but now people got more money

It’s pretty much just future-proofing their operation. Everyone thinks that warehouses will eventually be needed to do a lot of stuff.
Because it can always be expanded upon and can have multiple operations within
this warehouse design is incredible.

I really hope they make a storage box for X even if it's just somewhere off to the side just as a small gesture for him when inevitably returns to RP (whenever that is). He worked with CG since truly the beginning of their heist progression in 4.0. But since he's taking a long break from RP, people are kinda acting like he doesn't exist anymore which I think is lowkey disappointing. I really liked that he was a former enemy who turned into a major ally and even looked like a potential CG member at some point soon. I hope he returns soon bc it felt like he had the potential to fill that void that was created from the removal or Randy
