These are very pretty and look like the images are really vibrant on video. I'm glad you read the phrases because I couldn't really see them on some images.
Yes! I wanted to make sure to read all of the phrases so you know what you’re getting! It’s even a little difficult to see them in person so in figured it would be nearly impossible on screen.
Thank you for reviewing this deck. I recently purchased The Places Oracle, and while I haven't quite connected with the deck yet, I’ve come to realize that the true value lies in the keywords rather than the specific places. The keywords included for each card are surprisingly insightful-they tell a story and add depth to the reading beyond just location. In fact, I find myself relying more on the keywords, as they bring a richer layer to the messages of the reading. I hope to see this deck in one of your pairing videos.
Oh yeah the keywords on this one change the game. I have another places deck and this one works so differently because of its keywords and also the way the keywords appear and disappear. I enjoy it. I haven’t considered pairings but I’ll pull it in if I review something that goes with it for sure 😉. Thanks for stopping by. It was great to hear about your process with the deck 🥰
I see what you mean. It can be good and bad that you cannot see all the wording. It can leave it open, but if you really want the words you have to work to see them....LOL This is very pretty. Thank you for sharing. Great walk through as always. 😍
Yup I get that. It’s uusally a turn off for me too but I actually love it on these. I think it’s because I have a lot of archetype decks with words on it so I like the way this one feels so expansive and the words just fade away but I can search them out if I do want them. I think it’s kind of a cool feature for this particular one and it makes feel a little different in my collection. Definitely wouldn’t want that in every deck.
It’s got beautiful depictions and a unique approach to tarot, unfortunately the coffee shop card has a misdirected leg on one of the people who sit across each other which kept me from buying it 😢

It definitely adds a little extra layer of intrigue! 😂
I honestly love these cards but not being able to read the words well turns me off. I have another deck like that and it's disruptive to me

@ that's a good way to look at it. I absolutely love these though. Thanks for the food for thought there 🤔

Awww what a shame. There’s also a places deck on Amazon. It’s good also. Very different though since the cards are photographs. Thanks for watching 💗
@ Will have to check that one out 😊 Thank you for the recommendation 💗
