DVD Player tray wont open or close. EASY FIX

Very simple repair of DVD player with a tray that wont open or close.

Mine was little gears but good video still inspired me to open the thing up. I push down on the circular thing that wasn’t going down as far as it needed, closed it up and it worked fine

So i use a rubberband

Mine wasn’t the belt. But the little gears it runs on. Plastic plate

Where do you get the very small belt from?

Internet search pulled up many options, including Ebay and Amazon. A rubberband is working as a temporary fix.
