Totally agree with the panel. Knowing what he was supposed to look like sort of ruins this doll for me. This look would be great on a Ken doll like Roger Sterling from Mad Men maybe.

Why get this one with the same creepy faced movie Ken when you have a much better-looking doll. This is the worst Ken face mold since the 80s one. Give the outfit to Tango it would look great with his green hair.
Agreed. While I think this doll is a really fun idea, and I see his appeal, I’ve decided to get poolside paramour and pair him with a little doggie of his own.

Same. I just bought Poolside Paramour today to do the same thing. I think this Ken is fun so I would like to get him second hand maybe, but not a priority.
His jacket is really the only selling point. A dog statue with no articulation is pointless and I’m so tired of Velcro Mattel!!!!!!! When you sit a male doll down, usually the electro pulls and the pants open up. Also , the price point is usually $24.99- $50.00. Why can the male and female dolls not have made to move bodies ? You give some dolls that are $16.99-$22.99 made to move bodies. These dolls are definitely limited and. It mass produced , so give us consumers MTM bodies !!!!! Lastly, why give us a ken doll and a sugars daddy with the same face ? They’re not the same character ! They have been so utterly lazy with the face sculpts for the males in the Barbie Movie line of dolls
He looks too young. They should have given him a new sculp or used the Heart Family grandpa sculpt.
A real hot zaddy with some facial stubble too would’ve been hot

I’ve purchased two of the heart family grandpa dolls for the heads and customized them to fit made to move bodies. I fixed the hair and on one I even erased some of the wrinkles to make them hot zaddies

It is most likely gel from his hair, use some rubbing alcohol and gently wipe it off with a Qtip. Alcohol doesn’t affect the paint but be careful

Their quality control has become such a joke, it's sad. I hope you didn't pay anything over retail, even the $50 seems steep for this mess!!! Some of these have glue running down the whole face and cheeks. BTW, the Silkstone collection was Palm Beach not Palm Springs! I wish they would've done a more MOD/60s/Palm Springs collection :( Missed opportunity.
