I grew up in florida, and as a family, we'd go to Disney & Universal when I was a kid every couple of months. My wife and I started choosing to go to Universal properties back in 2013 when the Mouse started charging outrageous prices for hotels and admission.
I am have not visited Disney yet but had been into Universal Orlando and I loved every moment of my visit. Now, in light of the upcoming Universal Epic theme park being expensive and no multi-day passes, Disney now has the opportunity to attract more visitors by offering competitive deals. If they will reduce their ticket prices and introducing attractive multi-day passes, Disney can appeal to a wider audience and secure a strong foothold in the market. This strategic move will enable Disney to gain a competitive edge in the theme park industry and maximize visitor satisfaction. Hope Disney will leverage this opportunity to drive success for Disney's theme parks.
I’m very excited for whats to come to Orlando in the future with Epic Universe, even Disney despite all the crazy prices, reservation systems, lightning lane, etc. With Epic Universe im really looking forward to How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, and everything else, this will change the game, but I also think this can encourage Disney and other theme park competitors like SeaWorld, Six Flags/Cedar Fair, Legoland, etc to do better imo. As for Disney im really looking forward to their upcoming projects too with Villains, Cars (yes I know what people will say, but I can be excited), Monsters Inc (same exact thing), etc. Orlando shall gets lots of love in the near future, bring on the future. I’m also curious of what they are going to do with Rip Ride Rockit once they demolish it, I also find it very interesting with the flying theater or whatever it was that was at IAAPA 2024 that is coming to SeaWorld Orlando, I wonder how that’s gonna turn out. I’m very excited, the more stuff Orlando gets, the more fun
@@LoveOurLifeVlogI agree too, those prices and reservations, lightning lane won’t be our friend though lol, bring on Express and free access to use that by staying on Universal property
In addition to all the things you mentioned that is setting Universal apart from WDW, a majorly important detail is how they treat APs. UOAPs get soooooooooo much more appreciation and benefits than WDW APs.
