Ramsey Hamady BASE jump - La Mousse 8-way, Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland

  • Longer video including gear up at the exit point, exit, and landing at La Mousse in Lauterbrunnen, high in the Swiss Alps. GoPro in a waterproof housing so the sound is not great.

    great vid, but who wears a G3 on base jump.... someone that thinks they're invincible clearly

      Couldn’t agree with you more - skydive helmets in general are a joke and a G3 is nothing more than an expensive camera mount (or wind guard for tunnel fliers…). I jump with a Giro Switchblade, made for downhill bike racing but perfect for BASE. The Switchblade is a full-face helmet, offering a very wide view range and durable enough to throw in a stash bag.       All that being said, the orange G3 and Onesie (and big white boy dreads) is Sam Hardy, who’s a pretty epic jumper!

      yeah totally agree he's an awesome jumper! problem is when you then see people on SD/off jumps wearing G3 and phantoms just because they saw some red bull hero wearing one! ski helmets all day long :D
