@@DBsLAB I already saw it, excellent effect. The only contribution I can give you is that when painting the fan cooler blades, give them a curve from the center outwards. Thus, when rotating, the reflection of light on the white paint feels cleaner.

isn't there a casing that you can get and screw onto your existing fan case so that you don't have to take it apart for this why not just buy one of them and add the lights to it ? it would be less work lol

Randomly filing material from the fan blades will throw off the weight balance causing the fan to be noisier and shortening it's life span. Uneven painting of the fan blades can cause it also.

weight balance, dude maybe think before talking, all those fans you have are made in china for cheap, damn cheap even expensive ones, they make as cheap as possible and such thing made from plastic is not even in perfect shape made and noise comes not from fans, but from your box echo. More sound comes from less blades, less sound comes from blades. It wont matter if its not idedal.
