One thing I found that police in interceptor is very polite specially Rajasthan police (doesn't mean they will leave you without challan) They stopped me, folded their hands and greeted, Jai Hind sir, apko ko to pata hoga kyu rukwaya, koi na hum bata dete hai. Gussa mat karo, shanti se baat karo. I mean, many restaurants doesn't provide that kind of respect to customers. They will make you ashamed with their humble and polite nature but will cut your challan

Driving more than 20kph over the speed limit on highways is common in every country ( 18) that I have driven in! It's driving at more 40kph under the speed limit and obstructing other road users forcing them to brake or change lane to avoid the obstruction that is an uniquely fatal feature of road user behaviour on Indian highways.

Bhai sumit I was on pune Mumbai expressway at one place it has speed limit of 70kmph there was interceptor vehicle was present they sent me chalan on speed of 72kmph.. I have proof so no tolerence is taken care by them..

The police should explain, the speed mentioned on the board is the design speed of the road, if exceeds the design speed the vehicle will go out of control like on curves /save stoping distance, overtaking time, intersection visibility, etc are reduced leading to accident.

R14 for comfort because r15 will compromise on comfort but will provide little bit of improvement in handling at higher speeds.
So, for comfort and smoothness, R14 is preferable.
