Beautiful house, very good work.... But must have covered with much more details, video coverage is not so good.....
One of the best houses, i have seen till date, very well kept and maintained. Every single thing kept in the house is thoughtfully made and looks awesome. Cant really tell that it has been used for an year.. the cost and other comments in the comment box is subjective, but I would really like to mention we all should really honor the effort and sentiments put in to construct this beautiful house.. If anybody is willing to purchase why dont they sit for negotiation and if owner does not agree simply walk off..

How can u tell 2.25 crores..if u keep 2.5 lakh per square construction rate..the built up area is 34 squares..2.5×34=85 lakhs(maximum rate)..plus site in vijay nagar 4th stage is 3000 rs per square feet..3000×1200=36 lakh..totally the house will cost 1.2 crores maximum..this is the maximum amount in this time..u would have started construction before 3 years..u would have spent around 80 lakh max..2.25 is sense less amount to quote
