Like Manning said, he went 3-13 his first year. So understand what you ask for Broncos Country! Patience with Bo will be required. It's a learning year.
As a bronco fan I have no problem at all being patient lol what could be worse then these last 8 years lol
Broncos been so impatient the last 8 years I think he needs to go atleast 7-9 and show promise against the rest of the AFC West then I think the fan base will understand it's a process

Payton is a true professional who does many things for the community. That is what he has always done wherever he's been. I think it is always good to hear what Payton has to say. Sean Payton should always pay attention to what Payton Manning has to say. John Dewey, in 1895, postulated experience is the ONLY teacher in his treatise on experientialism. As a Doctor of Education, I can tell you Dewey was spot on correct. Experience is defined as anything you experience in any way, sight, hearing, touch, conceptualizing, etc...

Bo Nix is ready right now to do what he did at Oregon - Throw dozens of quick, short passes, hand if off to running backs, and occasionally throw a deeper ball. He already gets rid of the ball faster than most NFL QBs, at 2.3 seconds average. His accuracy and timing are excellent. He's not ready to carry a team on his own yet, but he can play a dink n dunk system right away. Nothing controversial about it. Plus, he doesn't come off as a dude with mood swings. Nix is even keel. He'll be fine. In fact, he'll be as good as his short route WRs and his team's running game allow him to be.
Put the boy in and let him learn the NFL. I like Manning’s train of thought. Experience is the best teacher.

Lets GO BO! Week 1 - All the way. The Broncos are not contending for a Super Bowl in 2024. Bronco fans will have plenty to cheer about if they go 0-17 and BO Nix demonstrates brilliance. Sundays this fall will be televised training for our new QB1 so he will be ready to go in 2025.

I totally agree that Gary should had played Paxton more his rookie season so the team would had known to move on from him. Gary knew he couldn't play, but he knew wasn't coming back since the Broncos could not win since it didn't have a quarterback. Playing Paxton would had helped coaches interviewing for the job to know what they were getting into or to move on from him. Then John hired a defensive coordinator vs an offensive to try and develop Paxton. Not fully sold on Sean, but it is nice to have a coach who knows what he is doing.

Playing is good for PFM!!! But terrible for 800 other guys who were forced to play too early. So, it all boils down to one thing, AND ONLY ONE THING, put Nix in when hes READY. NOT BEFORE!!!

if Bo was sitting for a season behind a winning, well experienced starting qb for learning purposes then that would make sense sitting him but thats not the case with Z.W and J.S. if you believe Bo is going to be your long term solution then start him sooner rather then later for the experience that hes going to need to gain. i dont know how much learning youre gonna get sitting and watching Stidham or Wilson, not saying they are bad but they dont have alot of experience winning in the NFL.
