I just tried Static Nails for the first time. I bought the Sweater Weather color palette and started out with Irene... Day 4 and they still look great! I’ve always been a Sally Hansen girl, so this was an expensive investment for me, but I’ve never had a home manicure last this long, so I am sold! Note: I used the Static Nails base and top coats, and I think that it truly does make a difference. The top coat seemed to “transform” the nail polish as it dried!
Would it have worked better if you used the static prime and top coat nail polish? I know the ingredients are different than the regular nail polish.🤷♀️
I'm wondering if it would have made a difference! I honestly didn't think and that at the time so I didn't have their primer or top coat. But I can see how they might have a special formula that all works together
I just recently did an at home pedicure, and that was about a week ago. No chipping, the polish looks totally fine. Didn't reach the 10 days yet, so just wanted to point that out. Hope that helps!
@@SimpleCasualChic no it doesn't because nail polish on toenails typically lasts way longer than on fingernails...simply because the toenails are harder and don't bend like our fingernails do, our feet are not constantly in water unlike our hands are, so the comparison is inadequate. Any cheap nail polish will perform quite well for a pedicure. If you could do an update on the longevity of this nail polish brand on your fingernails, I'd appreciate it.
@@SimpleCasualChic I'm the same way, that's why I was considering this nail polish for another great reason as it claims to dry in 15 minutes...which is more reasonable than standard nail polish taking hooouurrss to dry, LOL!
I have tried Static Nail twice with horrible results !! It chipped in a couple days and the customer service is pitiful!!! Buyer beware!! It’s expensive and poor stay on ability!!

It does dry really quickly- mine was dry to the touch in about 10 minutes, and I’m on day 4 with no chips in sight!
How long did the manicure last?Peeling is a problem with this polish.
Great question. This lasted about 5 days without peeling. It seems to make a difference on which top coat and base coat are used with the polish.
