Der Flohwalzer is genuinely traumatic for me. Kaede's execution was my first impression of Danganronpa, so every time I hear this, the first thing I think of is her getting pulled around on that piano.

(SPOILERS FOR DANGANRONPA V3) Kaede(the blond girl in the thumbnail and was crying in the video) tried to kill the mastermind to end the game but ‘killed’ a innocent person(which she didn’t). There is something called a execution where if they guess the blackened correctly, the person who killed gets executed! Kaede being innocent was fabricated and ended up getting executed. This song was the song that was used to torture and kill her. The boy(with mostly black clothing) is Shuichi. He was really close to Kaede and was really upset when she got executed. Hence, why they are traumatized. I hope this helps!
Okay this even more low when you remember the fact that while Kaede did have good intentions about ending the killing game fast by killing the mastermind, she still failed, and technically her shot missed Rantaro's head so she died innocent not guilty as the mastermind finished the job for her without her knowledge
@@joannetrueman6838 the first female protagonist in a Danganronpa game that follows the same formula as Makoto and Hajime's games and they kill her off before the first chapter ends. Like no offence to Shuichi I like him and all, but there was already two male protagonists before aka Makoto Naegi and Hajime Hinata, I would have liked Kaede to remain the protagonist for the entire game. Though if she was Chapter 1 would have had to be done differently. Either Rantaro can still die or he survives longer and he is swapped out for someone else as the first victim. Personally maybe Himiko, I just found her a bit annoying
