Yay! It's nice to be a part of this collab! The sketch I personally liked most, is the one by zephen, quite a solid and funny story with cute but still hilarious ending with a sort of a cliff hanger. Flan in Koishi's cosplay and with a chainsaw kinda reminds me of KKHTA... but in reverse lol Also wow, CastleToastM made a regular animation, while ORT451 made a paper puppet style one? It was really unexpected but fun!
@@elloquenderoordinario2005 afaik, in a narrow sense, the word "melon" describes special types of melons, e.g. musk melons and sugar melons and some other ones, and watermelons are distinct from them. But quite often I've seen term "melon" applied to a wide spectre of melons, watermelons included. Yeah, to be perfectly clear, I should use a "watermelon" word here instead of just "melon", but it could kinda ruin the conversation rhythm here, so I left it with "melon" instead. Anyway, it's a conversational style of language, so it may be forgiving for such things I guess.
Running off with the candy of someone who can destroy anything while leaving her alone with *literally everything you own* is probably not a wise choice
heavyrain1977 here. Glad to see my 4koma made it on the Spooktacular! I was learning a lot about how to use createX as I was working on this comic: editing transparency on text bubbles for that Pamela Voorhees headstone, framing screenshots (Ceej's frames for staging were super-helpful), posing arms and detaching them, scaling different characters, figuring out how to add both Youmu's swords and her myon, and making different patterns of bullets in the last panel.
Another year another excellent Halloween spooktacular. Cant wait for even more to come starting with the Christmas one next. Also I miss jun. Hope he's back again under rinnosuke's nonsense.

Castle submitted 4komas which I was allowed to edit, the additions were my own. And I figured the paper puppet style would be a nice tribute.

I loved the ghostbusters part, the scream call (especially when they said "WAZAAAAAPPP), this was overall just amazing!
