Venus-Mars Rohini in 3H. Ketu in Swati 8H. I hv no problem with my Self Perception, self belief, and self actualization. But ever since childhood, I know ppl wish me harm, I know I attract very Envious ppl, also ones that feel challenged by my competence, character, and gifts. I'm not doing well for years, it's been years after my father passed away and then my grandmother. My mind is suffering with all the Pain, Grief, and Extreme intense ups and downs, changes, obstacles that is put to me by other ppl and its not because I lost confidence or whatever. I'm just in pain.

Ketu cannot be a karaka reason being it is already Mukti karaka. Ketu is there to free you from everything and take you back to the Source.Every karaka signifies some karma, and karma comes from mind. Ketu has no mind. So it can't be in the eight karakas. Rahu can be considered Atmakaraka if you follow eight karaka system. Many do follow only seven karaka system, in that case you can leave that part. Rahu's degree calculation is always done in opposite direction. That is if you have been given Rahu at say ¶ degrees. Then for knowing it's karakatva, you need to see(30-¶) degrees, irrespective of even or odd signs. In your case, 29degrees means 1degree actually and 1 degree means 29 degrees actually. Rahu Ketu are always transiting in anti direction compared to other planets
