These are the shoes that I've been waiting for. We don't need those 40mm crazy stack shoes. 33mm is plenty. I've done half marathons in the rebel v2 and v3 and felt great. The cielo looks like it will crush that distance.
Since being injured after wearing spikes and entering our cross country season, i’ve instead worn streakfly instead of dragonfly and it’s worked a treat, i used to dislike the streakfly as I didn’t like the soft feeling This honestly looks incredibly promising
I tried these on at a LRS and couldn’t pull the trigger. But…I did do a longer run with some speed work that morning like MM, and my legs were a little stale. (Also Summer GRIT) Maybe I need to go back to the store with fresh legs and give them a fair shake.
Thinking the same thing. Seems like this one will be better. That's what how. Asics also has the hyper speed which could be a replacement for the rebel and that shoe is only like $100.
@@AndriyGrynevych They’re been very well used since September 2021 & sadly upper has started to come away from the midsole a fair bit. Didn’t happen on my first pair. I’ll either get these or the V3 which is pretty heavily discounted at the moment. Any recommendations in this space welcome 🙏🏻
@@AndriyGrynevych Good to know. I guess it's a trade off between weight and durability & to be fair to the V2 they're super light & have been great for nearly two years.
What is the solution for colouring the midsole in today's sportswear industry? With waterproof upper, a soft tongue, cushioned heel counter and lugs on outsole, Hoka Cielo Road shoes will be great choice for hiking.

I know this is a Hoka shoe first thoughts… but that Onitsuka Tiger shirt is just 🔥🔥🔥
I used to have like 5 pairs of Tigers that I would wear throughout the week. The good ole days!
Like from 🇪🇸. Thanks Meaghan and Thomas for this information about the Hoka 2023. A nice weekend for everyone. 🌞🏃🌞
Should be a direct Streakfly competitor right? Looking forward to a bit of a comparison to the Streakfly in your full review ☺️

Did the video switch seasons halfway through! 😅

Hokas answer to the takumi sen. They got the counter to adios pro so like saucony they just have the primeX to follow up on. One day hoka. One day.
GREAT catch!!!
looking for a tempo-trainer/race day shoe so I'm looking forward to the follow up on this one!
"Every time dude.." 😂
Hmmm ... why no thoughts on the Sinister? That's also an all PEBA lightweight 5K/10K racer
And puma has a low stack shoe. I think the liberate
Never got the Sinister, may have to request it now
Nice catch ,Meg. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
This or the magic speed 3?
How does it compare with Adidas Takumi Sen?
Gives me rebel v2 vibes
Megs mile is 5:40?!
She is a fasty
compared to the takumi sen 10, which is better?
i want one (yeah even two)
Ceilo or skyward X?
Comparing it to New balance Fuelcell rebel v4 or adidas Takumi Sen 9?
How do we get it in NIGERIA
is meg in the novablast 4's? 🧐
Those are the Superblasts in cream, I think.
Does this run like a Rebel V2? I loved that shoe but I need to replace my pair!

May I ask what happened to Fuel Cell Rebel v2 sneaker?

@@SimonHarrisAdDope That's why 990v6 features suede panels between the midsole and mesh upper, at the same time New Balance Rebel V3 should be good.

Wife's catch 🎉🎉🎉
Where is everyone??
Dude !!
Hoka bought the left over Topo gen 1 cyclones and rebranded them as Hoka's. At least thats what those look like.
I just wish they weren’t unisex
review: ”not sure how I feel” :))))))))))))))
i have the liberate nitro 2 and for $120 way better value also adios 8 way better value
I bought a second pair of version 1 because I loved it so much first time round (and it was damn cheap)
Price creep on Hoka shoes.
