The complete opposite of the lift served sections at Burke. I’ve personally found no joy on the upper trails at Burke. It’s the most hike-a-bike on any downhill I’ve ever experienced.
Typical upper J-bar, the greasy mud quickly wipes away any confidence one has with their tires and abilities. The rock faces aren't typically grippy when it's dry, and you've got a double fall line to deal with. I don't know how the pros do it.
Haha holy cow! That whole trail was a bad line 🤪. Went to battle on that one. Nice job
Upper J-bar is really rugged, which is an understatement
Holy heck man. That trail looks like it’s no joke. Good on ya chief.
That was an insanely long run! Nice work. And hats off to getting through those top sections of treachery
Lol I've never seen upper j so dry before. That's some hero grease!
Haha dude I rode this trail once and did a lotttt of walking. was confident coming over from Rude Awakening but this trail is something else

Agreed. j-bar was especially bad this year, either completely exposed with zero traction or muddy beyond belief.

That trail looks unfun.
