Today I’m baking up delicious snickerdoodle cookies one of everyone’s all time favorite cookie...The cookies are coated with cinnamon and sugar and soft and chewy everything you want in a cookie...hope you all give them a try one of our favorites at Christmas time hopefully become one of yours as well❤️

What you will need
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 cup room temperature real butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1egg + 1egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla
For rolling cookies In sugar and cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Hello Mindy the peanut butter will change the texture making a sticky wet dough but if it helps I do have a video on soft peanut butter cookies they are a delicious cookie❤️
