Really great and challenging workout for runners! I only used 3 kg - dumbells and could not imagine to use more weights just now...I wish you all the best for your way to Berlin! Running a marathon in autumn as well I am looking forward to further workout for runners :-)
That's a good sign, that you did the exercises right. You might be able to increase in the next weeks or months. Do you prep for a specific running event?

Love that! You can certainly do this workout even if you don’t run. This is just a specific selection of exercises that runners benefit from. I put this workouts together because strength, stability and mobility is something runners oftentimes skip and don’t know how to integrate into their weekly schedule. Since I’m currently prepping for a marathon as well, it’s just a win win for me to record them and provide those workouts for runners but also non-runners that just want to have a great holistic leg workout.☺️💪

@@MarieSteffen Looking forward to the other workouts! I live near Toronto....54 years old and have been running consistently for 4 years. I got to the gym but also do bodyweight routines from Vlad Ixel and there is another really good one from Fordy Runs. Looking forward to adding your workouts into my rotation. I am running the Erie Marathon in September and then Chicago the next month. A friend in my running group is running Berlin as well. Thanks again!

Ich habe eins, das ist in einem pinken outfit. Aktuell mache ich bereits so viel cardio durch running und es ist wichtig viel Stabilität und Kraft als Ausgleich zu machen. Aber ich habe es im Hinterkopf, vielleicht für den Winter, wenn die Laufsaison ausläuft. :)
