    Looks interesting indeed! We're lucky enough here in the midwest to get white grapefruits in the first couple of months of the year when they're in season, but even then they can be pretty hard to find.
    I usually buy a bunch, squeeze and freeze them in little pucks using a silicone mini-muffin tray, and then use those in drinks. When that supply runs out I've got some emergency bottles of the Ocean Spray Pure brand stuff, but I feel like they might not be selling that anymore.
    It's my greatest fear that these ingredients will cease being readily available haha!

      Honestly, I've had nearly every cocktail I love with white vs. ruby/red graperfruit and prefer the ruby. White I loved when I was younger and we can still get it. I like to taste/test cocktails with both, especially for the retro/nostalgic taste of white, but I can see why ruby has replaced white here in the NYC metro. As for freezing, they will loose some zip and get more acidic, but frozen is better than pasteurized any day. Try making Super Juice like in episode #2457 THEN freeze it, I think you have much better results... let me know if you try it!
