Jesus is King! Thank you so much. Jesus Christ was revealed as God’s Son by his baptism in water and by shedding his blood on the cross-not by water only, but by water and blood. And the Spirit, who is truth, confirms it with his testimony. So we have these three witnesses- the Spirit, the water, and the blood-and all three agree. Since we believe human testimony, surely we can believe the greater testimony that comes from God. And God has testified about his Son. 1 John 5:6-9 NLT Jesus said it was finished then gave up his Spirit. Then the soldier used a spear to puncture his chest, spilling out blood and water, confirming His sacrifice was complete. Now at each human birth, there's blood and water, and when the newborns first breath, the Spirit rushes in providing proof of life. The Gospel is so brilliant! It appears that every single birth celebration foretold and commorates the salvation Jesus securely won for His Father! The eternal life of all God's grace filled children.
