I quite enjoyed watching them from the beginning. It seems to me they were famous before they became a household name. The moment between Harry and his mom was priceless. Who knows? Maybe Zayn will return.

I don't get to meet them but If I did I would say "I'm so proud of how far you've come and from what u did in the xfactor to now it's just amazing" I would say that because 1 it would make them super happy 2 because it's true They deserve everything they have!! Chasing Cars, for me, was the first moment they were a band. They sounded good, authentically and truly good. Harry’s voice finally shined out of no where and it’s amazing. This is why they succeeded.
Honestly, they can each hold their own, it might just have been nerves, like how Liam basically got all the solos for the first couple of weeks because he was the only one comfortable doing that. But any how, this was their time to gain performing experience, their incubation period really, their time to grow. During some of Niall's solos, you could hear how nervous he was, so it's part of all of their growth as performers.
