Overall, I'd say prime Neymar (2017/18) is the better player. The guy completed 7+ dribbles per game in both league and UCL!!! Even Messi/Hazard haven't managed that. Also he is more prolific than Ronaldinho. Is also a world class playmaker (But Dinho was still better)
