Gemmy 2007 “Dead Ed” Groundbreaking Zombie

Re-upload because I finally fixed some issues he’s had since I got him
Obtained: A yard sale somehow, like 8 years ago
Repairs: This thing obviously had a hard fall at some point, because the entire bracket that secures Ed to the base was shattered. This actually gave the mechanism more freedom to move and caused it to work better, but I decided to build a new bracket for him anyway. Most of the screw holders on the bottom of the base were snapped too, as well as the screw holders that keep the tombstone in the ground. The biggest issue, though, was that one of the eye lights had fallen out of the socket and into the head. I know it sounds like a simple fix, but it ended up turning into a huge process lol. Whatever, it’s done now and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Fun fact: Ed has a shaking mechanism built into him, which is completely pointless because he’s tightly secured to a giant base.

That sounded like a terribly long process to fix the item. Nice job! Sometimes I feel like that when I try fixing items, but it’s all worth it in the end.
