    For this drill, repeat the sequence 3-5 times on both sides. Set up four cones. As you go through the drill, the first cone requires a double move, such as between the legs, behind the back, or crossover. At the second cone, execute a triple move, choosing between between the legs, behind the back, or crossover again. Finally, at the last cone, is a single move. Finish off each repetition with either one foot or two feet.
