I use “insert/names/create-from-selection” to assign several names at once from a table of data. Also: in the “substitute” formula, I would replace the space with an underscore (not double-quotes), since that is what Excel does to spaces when you assign them as I describe. It wouldn’t save much time here, but as the data grow it can make a huge difference!
