Don't worry Ana!! We all feel like this sometimes- I personally like to think healthy eating is more important than the odd month long diet, in which afterwards you go back to old habits again. My advice, if you want it, is to really enjoy yummy and indulgent meals (obviously Macdonalds isn't the brst to have every day, but everyone loves it ones in a while!!) but try not to snack and stuff- I'm trying that at the moment and it's really working. You look amazing, so you don't need to change your diet from an appearance point of view!!! I'm so upset the holidays over because I get so anxious around back to school!!! Don't stress about about eating healthy- yesterday I had pancakes for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch and fish and chips for tea- not the healthiest!!! We all need to chill out about it sometimes!! I get where your coming from, it's a bit off topic but I had spinal surgery 3 weeks ago today, and I didn't pass 3 of my GCSES and have no clue what I want to do. It's very normal to feel stressed and there maybe other things going on that you don't want to talk to us about, but we're here for you 😘😘

I felt a lost when I first started sixthform when I picked an option which wasn't for me, in the end I ended up swapping my subjects 3 months in which made me happier however it wasn't easy. I again felt like this after AS results day as I didn't get the grades I wanted, I was very sick during my exams and the illness affected my memory, I'm now having to resit year 12 and have picked a new subject, at first I was very scared and anxious about it, lost my appetite and felt horrible for a few days but I started to realise there might be some great opportunities in this new year and things might go soo much better than last year, I still feel scared but I guess I will have to see where the wind takes me and I think that might be good for you! Have a breather and try not to over think too much try and see the positives in sixthform and what you're going to be doing! Sixthform is great trust me! I hope everything works out for you and that you don't get too stressed! Hope you also see where the wind takes you because it might just be the perfect place! Love you Anna! 😋💖
To all those new sixthform/college students... Don't worry, college is better than school... even if you go to the same school as a Y12 student, it's good... Long frees/study breaks and teachers aren't so strict with you anymore.

Ivy Lana Yes, like the other person described... I'm a Y13 too at a 'sixthform college'... Don't know why they call it that but it's not like a usual sixthform. We don't have a secondary school attached to us but it's still kind of like a sixthform atmosphere because we aren't that independent. Teachers still help us, smoking is allowed outside college only etc. But don't worry, I hated secondary and went to college thinking it's going to be worse but no... I'm excited to go back! :D

I always feel a bit down going back to school and things after the summer, think it's like a shock to the system that you literally blink and the summer has completely gone by. Everyone feels unmotivated sometimes, once you're settled into sixth form, I'm sure you'll be fine x
If you need any advice for starting sixth form from someone who's going into year 13: ( I live in nottingham so our schools will be very different but sixth form is still the same anywhere really just different uniform expectations) just show up, keep up your attendance ( at my school we have to keep our attendance up, if it's goes so low we get 2 warnings then we are out) talk to everyone in sixth form, take packed lunch, get the work done but make sure you ask the teacher for help if you are unsure and don't do what I did and pretend I knew what to do because people saw me as the smart one and because some people did understand it so don't hide yourself because you think it'll make people look bad because you're there for 2 years for AS and A-levels then you move on after) just be yourself. Speak your mind. Take your free lessons to get the work done instead of slacking off with your mates. Take your work home and set a timer each day to get it done. Even if it isn't done, at least you have done more for the next lesson- you can chill after the timer is done. I work at my school also so I know all the staff, it's useful to get to know all the staff incase any events come up. I got an A in my AS art and I'm stressing too much over my A level art and it's slowing me down because I'm sometimes afraid of speaking to my teacher because she tells me off for not knowing what to do sometimes as she says she shouldn't really help me because it's my A-levels. If you health and social care, always take as much notes as you can even if the teachers PowerPoint is so long because trust me you'll need it in the future as it was in all my exams. Read the notes you make and summarise it up and test yourself. Ask the teacher to sit down with you and brief you on your work to it's even more clear- that helps because it was alot easier for me to do once she explained it in her own words. Sorry this is so long but going into sixth form/ college will be tough and tiring as well as stressful just make sure you attend everyday so you don't miss any lessons. I think I'll stop now. To sum it up: Be yourself; speak your mind, don't hide yourself and always speak to someone if the work is getting too stressful for you.

I have it without butter, when I went camping, people were putting butter and jam on their toast and I just put jam on it and everyone was like wtf are you doing? btw love you, Ana, we are all in this together and whatever it takes for you to be happy we will all be there for you and help you and tbh to me you eat healthily - everyone has different types of healthy whether that is salads or just fewer calories. so many people didn't understand what you meant when you said a healthy diet and I feel like sometimes people really need to take the time to let all of it sink into their mind that a healthy diet isn't all about salads and fruit. a healthy diet means balancing your food and some people need to really know that a healthy diet isn't all about going out for runs and green smoothies. If Ana really feels that her type of healthy is just eating healthier than what she used to eat that's fine! No one should be there to put her down and stop her. And Ana everyone is with you every step of the way. Everyone gets stressed these days from time to time and I really just want you to know that everyone has gone through something similar. However, I can not fully say that you need help or something like that because you are human and you have privacy and there are some things we don't know about (which I'm completely okay with) what people need to realise is that ALL and I mean ALL UA-camrs are human. I feel quite like you, I was bullied and suffered anxiety and depression I was moved into a school that met my emotional needs, there was only 10 of us through year 10 and 11 and we all had similar issues. Now I have to throw myself back into a large environment I mean much larger than high school and I couldn't even cope in high school. I'm so nervous I'm just use to it being 5 of us in a class with 3 teachers now I'm going to be with 32 people in a class and over a thousand students in the college! I'm so scared x

I have it without butter, when I went camping, people were putting butter and jam on their toast and I just put jam on it and everyone was like wtf are you doing? btw love you, Ana, we are all in this together and whatever it takes for you to be happy we will all be there for you and help you and tbh to me you eat healthily - everyone has different types of healthy whether that is salads or just fewer calories. so many people didn't understand what you meant when you said a healthy diet and I feel like sometimes people really need to take the time to let all of it sink into their mind that a healthy diet isn't all about salads and fruit. a healthy diet means balancing your food and some people need to really know that a healthy diet isn't all about going out for runs and green smoothies. If Ana really feels that her type of healthy is just eating healthier than what she used to eat that's fine! No one should be there to put her down and stop her. And Ana everyone is with you every step of the way. Everyone gets stressed these days from time to time and I really just want you to know that everyone has gone through something similar. However, I can not fully say that you need help or something like that because you are human and you have privacy and there are some things we don't know about (which I'm completely okay with) what people need to realise is that ALL and I mean ALL UA-camrs are human. Ana, no matter what you decide to do we will be with you x

I feel the exact same, I'm going through a rough time at the moment and sixth form is making me even more stressed (I'm going into year 13) and tbh making UA-cam videos is the only thing that makes me feel better 😓 I hope you're okay though & if you're worried about ALevels I made a whole video on it and uploaded it today 💕💕

Everyone feels like this at the end of summer! But I understand that going in to 6th form is different and doing UA-cam too. If you do decide to carry on vlogging you could do weekly vlogs if that is easier? I know lots of work goes into everything! It's normal to feel the way you are. I feel the same, I'm so demotivated with everything at the moment .. you might feel more motivated once you get into 6th form and into more of a routine :)

I feel quite like you, I was bullied and suffered anxiety and depression I was moved into a school that met my emotional needs, there was only 10 of us through year 10 and 11 and we all had similar issues. Now I have to throw myself back into a large environment I mean much larger than high school and I couldn't even cope in high school. I'm so nervous I'm just use to it being 5 of us in a class with 3 teachers now I'm going to be with 32 people in a class and over a thousand students in the college! I'm so scared x
