Question: do you have to put a base coat of black underneath? Can you use just a clear coat then apply the bonder & stamp? Or does this work only when you use black with these type of unicorn/chrome/holo pigments? What about other stamping polishes mixed with a different base color? (i.e. paint your nails light blue, then follow by using a grey stamping polish using the same sort of pigments & following the same steps as above) sooo beautiful love the colors I have so many of these types of pigment holo chromes I got for free or as a gift after I bought an entire set for myself so this is a cool different way to utilize them thanks so much for sharing!
You can use whatever base and stamping polish color combo you want. Some colors do show up best on black, but other colors will work too. Play around with some different combos before doing on nails to see what you like and what looks good together.
@@KyongLee ok cool. I have a Born pretty water base top coat at the moment. I ordered the Maniology smudge free but it hasn't arrived yet. Thank you for doing this. I love reverse stamping and I have tons of powders and pigments so I definitely want to try this. 😘💜

You wait 16 or 60 seconds for the bonder to dry?
About 60. It really depends on how dry or humid your environment is though.

Is the top coat you used a special one? Water based etc.
The Fearless top coat is a smudge free top coat. A water based one would work as well.
