    nice to see this vlog! So happy you did it! Just curious what were your symptoms when you’re having those episodes? Did you follow a particular diet? God bless you.

      shyne herrera Thank You Shyne! ☺️ I’m not following any particular diet but I’m trying to stay away from meat so mostly gulay2x lang but not turning into vegan. Most of my symptoms : chills, anxious, vertigo, finding hard to breathe, feeling like I’m about to faint, chest pain and sweats etc. Cardio says my heart is healthy, neuro says my head is fine, other doctors say my blood tests are okay but then my mind is telling me different things hehe...       Ronnan Tristan thank you for sharing, really appreciate it!👍🏻 did doctors rule out any vitamin deficiency? Controllable na yung episodes mo? Yeah we’re kind of the same, im more on fruits smoothie. Meat is every other day.

      shyne herrera My Neuro Psych gave me relaxant for 20 days pero very small dosage lang. Then after nun controlled na yung attacks ko hindi na ganun ka lala. Then i focussed on getting a lot of sleep. I am a worrier kasi by nature so yung mga suppressed fears ko during my younger days nag mamanifest sya so every-time I feel something odd like stomach aches or even a simple headaches, my mind registers it like something severe. The mind is very very powerful thats why breathing exercises help to break the negative thoughts.

      Ronnan Tristan thank you for sharing!😊 do you experience sleepless nights?? Thats my prob talaga, sometimes when I try to fall asleep, I can only sleep like 4-5 hours and then I suddenly woke up and hirap na bumalik s pagtulog.😓

      Ronnan Tristan its not painful anyway, annoying lang kasi parang may makapal sa may noo/forehead na part. 🙄😔
