There’s one where one guy is asking what kind of emulsifier was used and he was just saying the ones he knew out loud trying to impress people around him.

Everyone in this video is so fucking annoying. I feel so bad for this server. Diners are supposed stay silent and let the servers/cooks do their presentation. Especially for a prestigious restaurant like Alinea. This group is acting like they're at an Olive Garden. No respect. SMH.
