I love the color of your shelves! How long did it take to paint them? Was it difficult?

Thanks so much - I’m really happy with how they turned out! Painting them was pretty easy - the hardest part was the prep as we filled all of the holes for shelves that we weren’t using, after that the painting was pretty easy - probably took me a couple of weeks to complete as I was doing it on lunch break and after work rather than just blasting through it

I’m reading the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and almost finished! Will be watching the film adaptation of it shortly! I also can’t wait to read Think Again by Jacqueline Wilson. Even though I live in Australia, I very much enjoyed reading Jacqueline Wilson in my childhood and teenage hood. ❤

Margot and Jacob definitely have modern faces! I don't know how I would feel about it while watching. And also, I think Heathcliff might not be white, so I'm not sure about this pick.

wonderful vlog as usual 💖 I always get so excited seeing new uploads of yours ! congrats on moving and settling in, I know how exhausting and time demanding it is ! I've been alternating between the Assassin's Apprentice, which I'm reading at the same time as my partner, finishing the Comte of Monte-Christo (my main summer read, oops) and listening to Starling House for the fall and spooky vibes 🍂 omgomg I'm in Canada so I don't always check to see if and when the new baker's season has started; I'll look into having access to it because otherwise I have to wait for it to be uploaded on Netflix. happy knitting as well and welcome to this wonderful world !!!! have a great day 🌞

Thank you so much! I definitely need to try and read Monte Cristo soon… just haven’t quite been able to make myself commit to something so big! The first episode of bake off was lovely - hope you can find it somewhere and thanks so much, having such a lovely time learning to knit!

Oscar made me smile. It was much needed cuteness overload. ❤😊
