@@ATHENA.07 hi dear uts totally depends on requirements, but usually as per if u read application form its mentioned mostly u get techno functional support plus technical roles u may learn dev or languages on ur own but u may or may not get dev roles.
Zaruri to nahi hai but kar add Kiya to achha rahega... project bana lena phir add karna wo project se related puchh sakte hai to achhe se pata hona chahiye 😊

Yes u can apply if 3 months gap is there. Usually there is a cooling period of 3/6 months ❤😊
