I load that but I use a pallet jack to move them in side the truck . The hard part is to move the pallet of sand with the pallet jack because each pallet has on it 30 bags of sand and each one weight 100 pounds no joke.
sounds like an heavy pallet. I had to move similar pallets recently but replace the sand by coco powder, 60 pounds a piece, 20 pcs a skid, But they were half skids, dont ask me why, fucking tilting on one side and had to be vwey vewy careful. I did not want to pick them up.

or, you can find 2" thick lumber, 3 pieces, over 10 feet long by 8" wide each, and make a ramp to push the pallet jack up, but be careful of center wheel rolling off the wood.. Many pallet jacks weigh less than 200 lbs. Sometimes less than 150 lbs., so three guys lifting is often pretty easy.

The F/L driver didn't look behind him even once when he was reversing! Instant dismissal.... and no-one in the yard was wearing hi-viz! A right bunch of clowns that will probably be ex clowns soon!
Why no loading ramp? This business seems to have enough palletized loads. Plus you have to pay a spotter. It can't be a one man operation. Pound foolish pennywise!

Amateur seeing something new and claiming it as a miracle. Most lorries don’t have pump trucks so you tend to do that alot . Skinny Wooden pellets and plastic are the worst and the back off the lorry must be smooth or the pellets will break. also using a palet to push it in that cheating. try doing it with the tip of your forks in 15min louding and unlouding- with a rope to pull them out. once you can do that. then make a video

We didn't have a loading ramp at my work, and always loaded and unloaded trucks the same way. It is not a big deal or rocket science.
I load our trucks that way when the dock is full. Only problem is that each of the pallets weigh 2000lbs, so you can only push so many so far
