Fantastic Gino for the wonderful recipe of the Botswana staple food. My comment is that you should explore explaining the nutritional benefits of sorghum, so that viewers know why sorghum is such a great product. Another great idea of what you could add to sorghum is peanut butter, it not only adds protein but it tastes great! Thanks the wonderful video.

Thank you for watching my videos; and thanks for this wonderful feedback. I listed a few on the video, but should have talked about it at the beginning of the video. I plan to cook the porridge in a thicker form (bogobe) on my next video; and will mention the benefits in detail 🙏

Does the sorghum have to be finely grounded or can it be normal sized grain?

To cook the porridge, it has to be finely grounded. When I want to cook instead of rice, I cook the grains. My latest video shows that. Thanks for watching!

Thank you! Wish I could find finely ground sorghum.. no one seems to sell it! But I’ll keep looking. :)

@RedditResearchNerd Did you check on Amazon? Also Some asian stores have the grains. Then you can use like a coffee grinder to ground it.
