for your eczema! something that helped me is bioderma"s ATODERM it is very gentle and helps soothe the irritation. they also have a cooling option, i find it really helpful so you might want to check it out 😊

Maaate I lived in these exact halls when I was at uni in manc and it was so tough. That many people and everyone decides to not give a shit. I used to time my meals so I wouldn’t run into anyone! You’re almost done, don’t be hard on yourself about food/exercise right now when you’re coming to the end of the year and working. Please be kind to yourself, uni is really fucking hard!!

Watching your art school vlogs feels so nostalgic, I love them 🥹 congrats on finishing your first year!!! sorry to sound like a naggy mum, (please feel free to just ignore me) but I totally did the same during hand-ins and it got worse every year, to the point in third year where I stopped eating/sleeping almost completely because I was so stressed and felt like I didn’t have time - your body is the most important thing and no grade is worth it, trust me ❤ please take time out to look after yourself. sending love!!! (also STUNNING that you asked out someone LOVE IT)

I have eczema, and something that really helps is mixing plain lotion with vitamin e oil (the higher the IU the better) and applying it to said spot

Oh dear, I feel for you girl! I have had eczema in the past and can confirm, stress is a big culprit. But I've found that using a good moisturiser with colloidal oatmeal in it helped me loads. You can get from the supermarket or pharmacy. I also add lavender oil to it as it is really soothing for the skin.

I'm currently doing my final exams and the end of year uni stress is literally no joke 😭 but after you are finished it's literally the best feeling ever to sort yourself out and pick back up your routine - I'm looking forward to the video!

I'm so sorry you've had to deal with housemates like that. The randomness of first year uni accommodation can be so awful. Are you moving in with friends for your 2nd year or will you be in the same place?

Try aveeno eczema cream. I got severe rashes during my pregnancy and this healed a lot. Hope you feel better. Missed your reading vlogs. Best of luck to you.

I have really bad eczema and what helps me is I am dairy, gluten and sugar free! It sounds very extreme but basically I'm going through really bad topical steroid withdrawals because I used to many creams lol! Very smart of you to only use it for 7 days! Hope it gets better soon
Also! The dirty kitchen & stress will definitely impact your skin! I've found meditating daily is amazing for me :D
im trying to recover from an eating disorder rn so i feel like cutting things out completely could be too difficult :(( i’ll definitely try to reduce them tho!

I have eczema too!! also in the same places as you caused by stress mostly. Honestly steroid creams aren't it I don't recommend because the eczema comes back. something that's been working for me is limiting my stress and working on my gut health because a lot of skin issues are tied to the gut. Make sure you're having enough zinc, and omega 3s in your diet also! (or as supplements).

there’s quite a few comments from people with eczema and they’ve all said things like:
. use a moisturiser with oatmeal in it
. reduce dairy, gluten and refined sugar
. manage stress with meditation
i’m currently using Grahams C+ Cream which I quite like but I’ve also heard Aveeno do great ones x

what happened with your veganism?
i have an eating disorder surrounding restriction and i have to stop because it was getting worse, im trying to heal first and then hopefully get back to it when i feel strong enough mentally
