- As the World Turns September 14, 2010 part 2. Carly accidentally drops the compass into the pond and Jack finds her in a tizzy unable to find it. Jack reassures her that they no longer need the compass to find each other. Carly shares a warm moment with Gwen, Ro, and Molly. They'll all give her a flower for her bouquet. Jack thanks Parker, Will, and Holden for being there for him. He never thought, after Brad's death, he'd feel this happy again.
I love that the entire time Carjack were in the farm, Jack was staring at Carly
I loved the fact that Jack told Carly she was already home when she told him that she had dropped the compass plus I loved the flashback to when Jack gave Carly the compass in the first place. It was so great that he told Gwen, Rosanna, and Molly he knew where Carly would be. It was cute that Jack told Carly they would always find their way home to each other as long as they believed in their love. I loved that Jack was staring at Carly the entire time they were at the farm before they got dressed for the wedding. Jack's comment to Holden was funny where he said he was never going to look as good as him so he better get used to it. Parker's comment to Jack about still loving him even when he drove him crazy was funny as well. I loved that Carly told Molly she was like a sister to her besides Gwen and Rosanna who were her actual sisters. "I hope you enjoy this wedding today because it's the last one we're ever going to have." That comment by Jack to Carly was the funniest line that was ever said in the final week. It was great that Jack wanted to give Carly a final kiss for the road before they officially became husband and wife again.
I understood but it still drove me nuts that the compass got lost. My CarJack heart was so happy to hear that MP and MW both had one of them.
I didn't know they both had a compass..
Loved the girl's talk at the farm and the boy's talk in the garden. Wonderful scenes that had realness about it from Michael and Maura. The kiss at the pond had so much emotion behind it, that it gave me goosebumps. Maura looked breathtaking and Michael devastatingly handsome. As for the compass, love that they know they won't need to find their way back again because this time it's forever. But... this was the final day of the compass, which meant so much to Carjackers everywhere - so sad!
I loved this entire episode! The kiss at the pond was AMAZING- especially the way Jack sighs deeply in anticipation as he pulls her towards him and just sinks into it

Wonderful flashback. Hate that she dropped it, but love Jack's response. "You're already home." Wonderful kiss! Carjack power. Carly really was the center of female friendships on the show. There was a string, but she was the force behind all of them. "Molly, you know you are a sister to me in every way that counts." Love the blue butonaires. "You're never going to be as good looking as I am today."
Did they ever find it after the taping of the episode?
@harrypotterlover89 Molly's father was Carly's father's brother. Gwen is Carly's half-sister thru her father. Rosanna is Carly's half-sister thru her mother. That makes Molly Gwen's cousin, too, but no biological relation to Rosanna & since Rosanna is a product of a later marriage, I'm not sure she'd even count as a step. However, Gwen & Molly's runs on the show didn't coincide so they don't really know each other that well. Carly was an incredible force for female friendships in Oakdale.
That together comment is nice, but kind of strange considering the people who aren't there (Brad, Hal, JJ, etc.) "Are you ready to do this for the final time?"
@Robansuefarm I so know what you mean! That made me so happy because it shows that they are meant to be happy together.
Also, I am trying to figure something out, is Molly Gwen or Rosanna's cousin as well?
@harrypotterlover89 she is technically only Gwen's cousin...but the writers never addressed it.
