it was for a 1v1 event im pretty sure, or at least thats what i heard in the ADWS vc
according to what one of the admins told me was to get the skin you need 1m exp but eis gets the free way out of getting that much

i only have 4.5k exp on chara and whenever i go phase 2 regular ss just turns into this golden one and gives me the sword, is that a glitch or just a weird feature
