I just began learning about HYROX. Never knew it existed. Watched a few of your videos. Very informative. Can you provide a link on your nutrition (products) on a daily / weekly. Also, curious what recovery methods you use (fuel, pressure boots, massage, massage gun, cold plunge). Thanks!

Unfortunate you couldn’t get Hunter prior to your Hyrox debut.
I think these guys dropped a ton of sauce, but knowing Hunter talking to him would be on par with an invaluable coaching session for hybrid athletes.

Enjoyed hearing the training insight for hyrox from these guys. I agree with them, Hyrox is a funky competition where you have individuals coming from both strength centered sports (CrossFit/classic athletes) and endurance athletes (runners/swimmers/rowers). The training methodology for each person will depend on their background/strengths and will be unique for everyone. Also, training focus on that zone 4 engine (165-170bpm) is going to be just as critical as your zone 2 runs to build that running capacity so your not blowing up on the 1k repeats.

Totally agree! Z4 is huge but also making sure you recover from those efforts.

Heard a Professional athlete describe Hyrox as being for people who do not excel in running or Olympic lifting.

I'll be there this weekend as well. Doing Men's Double's this time around. I'm anxious to see how you do. I've been saying it since your first video when you announced Hyrox that you have the potential to be amongst the elite 15, hopefully after you've gotten a taste of this, you'll want to do more.
