I have black-eye Susan seeds that I was just thinking of spreading out in the garden. This seems like a much better idea. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Do you think it would be possible to start the seeds in November to have them ready for planting in the ground come spring or should I just wait until late winter to start?
Was wondering, is this late summer that you are doing this? I am in the same growing zone is you so I’m just wondering when they should be started? Fall? If so, what do you do with them over the winter? Bring them inside and put them by the window?
I know it's more work, but I do enjoy when you break the steps down from the entire year and combine it for the presentation.
I tried to show as much of the year as I could. Next time I’ll try to include more
I have introduced this plant to two churches I attended in the past . It comes up every year and I smile when I see them in mid summer .
Love that
Very informative! Black eyed susan is a stunning plant in the garden🌻🌼

I’d start by refrigerating in November and start the germination in March

Collect the seed in the spring
