I am assuming you are asking from Mumbai. Yes, its possible and I have seen people doing it. In that case, you will have to take a different route (through Highways). However, I personally prefer slow travel and going through roads which are more scenic and enjoying the journey. So, I took 2 days. All the best and ride safe!
