First Minecraft 1.19 Speedrun | The Wild Update

- In this Video I speedran Minecraft 1.19, the wild update for the first time ever and it was really scary! During the video I didn't know that the warden can only spawn in ancient cities, so it was a really creepy experience to travel through the stronghold.
In general I really like the new additions to the game such as the new mobs, especially the allay and the frogs. One cool feature is also the goat horns and I probably found the best sounding one during this speedrun.
I think that this update has great potential for some nice challenges in the future, especially with the addition of the warden, the strongest mob in the game so far.

the warden can actually spawn in the normal deep dark if there’s a skulk shrieker there, but theyre quite rare outside the ancient city

There is actually a seed where you spawn right above an already activated end portal. It’s completely natural and can be useful in speedruns
That's not possible anymore in the newer versions of Minecraft, because they always generate in a certain distance from spawn, meaning you always have to walk atleast 1000 blocks to find it. That's why you want to get obsidian in the nether, so you can travel further away from spawn.
