Can one put a fruit tree inside too big of a pot? I put my mulberry in a huge pot and it's hard to keep down in size! The pot is 2 feet high and the same across.

The size of the pot is really used to control speed of growth, a huge pot would be almost like planting in the ground. If you prune the roots and cut back a lot of the growth we slow everything down but you can still plant it back in the huge pot.
