    Recipe 1.
    Salad ingredients:
    1 chicken fillet.
    1 large zucchini.
    1 large leek.
    1 large onion.
    1 bell pepper.
    1 hot pepper.
    A bunch of parsley.
    Vegetable oil.
    Salt to taste.
    Marinade for chicken fillet:
    2 cloves of garlic.
    Half a teaspoon of salt.
    1 teaspoon of dried paprika.
    2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    Pepper to taste.
    Potato:
    9-10 small potatoes.
    Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons.
    Butter 1 tablespoon.
    Salt to taste.
    2-3 pinches of Provencal herbs.
    You can use your favorite potato seasonings.
    How to prepare the salad: Marinate the chicken fillet and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then fry for 3-4 minutes on each side and wrap in foil. This will allow the meat to cook evenly in one piece and remain juicy and soft. Wash, chop and fry the leek, add a little salt. Cut the zucchini into large pieces and fry until golden brown. Chop the onion and bell pepper, lightly fry the chicken fillet. Chop a bunch of parsley. Combine all ingredients and mix.
    Method of preparing potatoes:
    Wash and boil the potatoes well. Cut the boiled potatoes in half and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of butter. Finally, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and salt.
    Recipe 2.
    Salad ingredients:
    Cucumbers 400 grams. / 14 ounces.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    4 chicken eggs.
    White onion, 1 small onion.
    A bunch of dill.
    Canned tuna 100 grams. / 3.5 ounces.
    Salad dressing:
    Sour cream or Greek yogurt 200 grams. / 7 ounces.
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
    Black pepper to taste.
    Mix all dressing ingredients.
    I did not add salt as I salted the cucumbers generously.
    You can add salt to taste.
    How to prepare the salad:
    Peel and chop the cucumbers, salt and leave for 15-20 minutes. Boil the eggs and cook the eggs for 8 minutes after the water boils. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into small pieces. Cut the white onion into thin half rings.
    Chop a bunch of dill. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumbers and add the cucumbers to the rest of the ingredients. Separate the canned tuna from the oil and add to the salad. Add dressing and stir.
    A delicious and quick salad with cucumbers is ready. Serve with toasted bread or croutons.
    Recipe 3.
    Salad ingredients:
    1 chicken fillet.
    1 large bell pepper.
    4 large mushrooms (champignons)
    A bunch of green dill.
    Bundle of green onions, 5-6 stalks.
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    2 chicken eggs.
    2 tablespoons of sour cream.
    Black pepper to taste.
    Vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil), use for frying.
    Method of preparation: finely chop chicken fillet, bell pepper, mushrooms, dill and green onions. Add eggs, salt, pepper, methane and flour. Mix well. Put not large and not thick cutlets in a frying pan. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Fry the cutlets with the lid on.
    Corn porridge, ingredients:
    Water 400 ml. / 0.8 pint.
    Finely ground corn semolina 80 grams. / 2.8 ounces.
    Half a teaspoon of salt
    A small piece of butter 25 grams. / 0.9 ounces.
    Preparation: add corn semolina and salt to the water and cook, stirring. At the end add butter. I used finely ground corn semolina, it cooks quickly (5 minutes after boiling).
