That is really a piece of art. I was thinking to do something like that to my daughters apartment. I just nee time for it, and working 3 jobs doesn't leave much fee time 😂
@@sonnoradesign BTW Have you done any videos about subwoofers? How about a nice subwoofer for music. Like Dayton Reference 10" HF with plate amplifier 😛
Nothing says exotic and European like Dayton "Ohio" Audio, lol. Joking aside, turned out amazing as usual, and its hard to argue with the Dayton RS series. And bravo for including the F ups, keeps it more grounded and real not to mention entertaing. Also I'm gona look into that Good Stuff wax finish for my walnut projects, that finish looks amazing and exactly what I'm aiming for.
Hello I built the mini cool bookshelf speaker and it sounds amazing. Thank you very much for your generous and excellent quality contribution. I want to ask you if it is possible to take advantage of the space in the middle of the soundbar for a subwoofer. The amplifier would go outside. Thank you
I’m looking to building a sound bar for the bedroom television and came across your channel in doing my research. Although too large for my need your project came out wonderfully. Will you ever show anything about crossover design?
Either one works well. Depending on the full range size you will need more higher frequency bass to cover the lack of lower frequencies from the FR. those drivers play pretty well, good bass for the size. A 10 inch sub would help a lot
Thank you very much for sharing this video!Very beautiful and impressive speaker. Your carpentry skills and appearance design are amazing. I have a question about the volume of the bass box and the length and width of the front panel. Would you like to share?
Hi Bernardo, I always thought about a similar thick but large form factor for next gen PC speaker systems because I think regular PC desks have way too much wasted space by using the bookshelf format. Have you ever considered designing a smaller version of your soundbar ? Obviously with your face right into it, the drivers don't need to be that big anymore. On yours, as long as the stands are removed, there is now room on top to place a giant 32" or 42" computer monitor and that would already make a wonderful job covering a far richer range of sounds compared to ordinary or even bulky and ugly bookshelf speakers. I noticed you didn't use the middle part all that much aside from a couple electronic components so do you think, in the event that space was also sealed and ported could be used for either a center channel or a glorious front facing woofer/sub as well ?
Great work, wow....may I give a tip for inspiration; check Kinma Hypersonic soundbars (and amps and so on) they are ok and theire looks to copy, why not....
Nice work they look awesome. Did you think about adding a sub in the same box? Those Rs100-4 can go in a tiny sealed box and still sound good(obviously with a sub backing them up).
Hello there! Thanks for watching! It’s a copyright issue. I can’t play my test songs on UA-cam cause I’ll get a strike, but thanks for the input. I might figure out a way to capture the real sound!

Hello Juan! For sure! That’s doable. You just have to check the volume inside and find a small subwoofer that would perform well with that volume.
I’m looking to building a sound bar for the bedroom television and came across your channel in doing my research. Although too large for my need your project came out wonderfully. Will you ever show anything about crossover design?
Hey JC. Yeah! I’m gonna make crossover videos soon. Everyone seems to want that!!! Let’s do it.
Amazing job soundman master 💗💗💗
Thanks Mario!!
I really liked the project and his skill with wood.
I would like to do it but as two separate speakers without the amplifier.
What do you think?
All doable man. The boxes are separated anyways. Works great!
I would be interested in a diy 3.0 soundbar would you use a woofer tweeter set, or maybe a version with just full range drivers
Either one works well. Depending on the full range size you will need more higher frequency bass to cover the lack of lower frequencies from the FR. those drivers play pretty well, good bass for the size. A 10 inch sub would help a lot

Does this not need crossovers? Sorry, I still cant seem to comprehend crossovers!
Hey Brian. Thanks for reaching. Yes they have crossovers. It might be in the video…? I don’t remember.
wow, it looks awesome!!!
Thanks Arturo!!
I really like your project. Can you provide details and parameters of the crossover, mainly the coils, their resistance and wire thickness?

Nice work they look awesome.
Did you think about adding a sub in the same box?
Those Rs100-4 can go in a tiny sealed box and still sound good(obviously with a sub backing them up).
Hello Harry. It plays enough bass on that box, not a sub woofer though but those little drivers are impressive.
That was not sound from speaker but added music to video so what's the catch?
